Lillianna Kenyon
Lillianna is a graduate-level psychotherapist who is currently studying clinical psychology at Bridgewater State University. She studied psychology at the University of Rhode Island for her undergraduate degree, as she is passionate about gaining more knowledge and growth in the field to help others.
Lillianna has clinical experience working in community health outpatient settings. She has worked with adults having mental health concerns such as schizophrenia, substance use disorders, bi-polar disorder, depressive disorders, and stress disorders. She also has experience working with people diagnosed with developmental disorders, such as ADHD, and with personality disorders, such as borderline personality disorder. She is excited to continue working with this population along with children and families.
Lillianna’s psychotherapy goal is to help her clients strengthen their connections within themselves and communities inside and outside of the therapy office. Having an integrative approach to therapy, using CBT and Humanistic techniques, both Lillianna and clients will work together to form a direction of healing that benefits the client's mental health and wellbeing in all areas of their lives. She encourages her clients to come as they are; promoting trust, authenticity, and empathy to explore thoughts, emotions, and everyday struggles.
On her downtime, Lillianna enjoys connecting with nature through hiking and rock climbing. She enjoys getting creative in the kitchen and spending time with family and friends.
