Lillianna Kenyon
Lillianna is a post-graduate psychotherapist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Bridgewater State University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island. She has a diverse background in community-based and outpatient mental health, now providing individual, couples, and school-based therapy. Lillianna specializes in supporting children and adolescents, while continuing to welcome clients across the lifespan.
Lillianna takes a trauma-informed, strength-based, and collaborative approach to therapy. She utilizes developmentally appropriate play, creative expression, and experiential activities to meet children and teens where they are at; helping them express feelings, explore experiences, and build regulation skills in ways that feel natural and engaging. Recognizing the importance of a child’s broader systems, Lillianna works collaboratively with caregivers, families, and schools to promote consistency, support, and progress across environments. Her integrative approach incorporates evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all tailored to each client’s individual needs. She is committed to fostering a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that empowers children; partnering with caregivers to support confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
Outside of the therapy room, Lillianna enjoys spending time in nature through hiking and rock climbing, getting creative in the kitchen, and connecting with family and friends.
