Luke Smith
Luke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA, and an undergraduate degree from Bryant University. Over the past seven years, he has worked with college students across Southeast Massachusetts, walking alongside them through life transitions, future planning, and personal growth.
Luke takes a strengths-based approach to therapy, believing that by leaning into our strengths, we can experience holistic growth—mentally, physically, and spiritually. He is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals of all ages to explore, heal, and grow, particularly in areas related to faith, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and addiction.
Luke is a certified running coach and often integrates movement and exercise into the therapeutic process as a meaningful pathway to healing. He is also certified in the Enneagram and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Spiritual Director.
Outside of his work, Luke enjoys traveling, running, relaxing on the beach, hiking mountains, and spending time with family.
