Mary Fox
Mary has earned a Master of Arts degree from the CACREP accredited Southern New Hampshire University. Coupled with her undergraduate education in Psychology from Bridgewater State University, she has honed her skills in understanding human behavior and facilitating positive change.
As the Co-Executive Director of Community Autism Resources, she is deeply committed to supporting autistic individuals, as well as their families and the professionals who work alongside them. Through a combination of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Mary strives to create a supportive and empowering environment where growth through self-exploration is encouraged.
Mary firmly believes that building a trusting relationship is paramount. By fostering an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, she works closely with her clients to identify their goals and develop personalized strategies to achieve them. Whether she’s working with autistic teens and adults, parents, siblings, or professionals, her approach remains rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect for everyone’s unique journey.
Outside of her professional endeavors, her family keeps her grounded and brings her immense joy. She and her husband are proud parents to two wonderful children. She also has two dogs, a horse, and a flock of chickens. When Mary is not at work, you can find her enjoying the beauty of nature or curled up with a good book.
